期限、额度与付费开关

出处是 Token360 的 MiniMax M3.1 Flash 促销条款。活动只覆盖模型 id minimax-m3.1-flash，走 Token360 API 和 Playground；其它模型、视频生成和单独计费的服务不在内。

条款原文要点：

模型页上的刊例价是：未缓存输入 $0.15／百万 token，缓存命中 $0.015／百万 token，输出 $0.6／百万 token。限免窗口外的新请求按这套价走。通用 Quickstart 仍写调用前要先充值；这条促销条款写明合格免费用量无需充值，两处以促销页为准。

这里用 Spring Boot 4.1.1 和 Spring AI 2.0.1，JDK 21，依赖 OpenAI starter，改 base-url 指向 Token360。

这个项目已编译但未实际调用 API，手上没有 Token360 的 Key。空 Authorization 打到网关时返回的是：

同一款模型以前还有两条通道：Vercel AI Gateway 上的限免写到 10 月 22 日，要靠 providerOptions.gateway.order 钉住 MiniMax；OpenCode 免费档只认客户端，直连会 403。Token360 这条是新开的促销页，截止写在太平洋时间 11 月 5 日 9:00，额度数字和付费开关都在条款里写死了。
